Board of Directors

Mr. Pape serves as XPEL's Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer and previously served in a variety of positions within the XPEL until his appointment as Chief Executive Officer in 2009.

Prior to joining XPEL in 2004, Mr. Pape was in technology consulting.

Mr. Pape has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Pape has served on XPEL's Board of Directors since 2010 and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board.

Mr. North has served on the XPEL Board of Directors since August 2023. North has served as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Lazydays Holdings, Inc., a U.S. based public corporation and a retailer of recreational vehicles, since joining in September 2022. Prior to joining Lazydays, between 2020 and 2022, Mr. North served as Chief Financial Officer of Copart, Inc., a global reseller of automobiles and member of S&P 500. Previously, between 2017 and 2020, Mr. North served as the Chief Financial Officer of two Fortune 500 public companies: Avis Budget Group, Inc., and Lithia Motors, Inc., the largest automotive retailer in the United States. Prior to serving as Chief Financial Officer, North held various finance, accounting, tax, investor relations and treasury leadership positions. Mr. North earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Santa Clara University and is a Certified Public Accountant and a CFA charterholder.

Mr. North has more than twenty years in the automotive and retail industries while holding executive and senior leadership positions, North's expertise in accounting, finance and corporate development in a leadership capacity and in-depth knowledge and extensive network in the automotive industry makes him a valuable addition to our Board.

Mr. Klonne built a successful career from entry level sales to President and CEO. He played a major part and led the growth of Findley Adhesives from a $20 Million, regional company to a $300 Million global company which led to the ultimate sale of the company to Bostik, S.A.

Mr. Klonne served as CEO of Bostik, Inc, a subsidiary of Bostik, S.A., of Paris France, for nearly 15 years helping grow Bostik, Inc.'s revenue to $1 Billion with over 1,000 employees at 20 sites across North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia.

Mr. Klonne has served on XPEL's board since 2017 and currently chairs the Audit Committee.

Mr. Crumly has served as a member of the XPEL Board of Directors since 2010. Crumly has been investing in startup companies and other entrepreneurial ventures for more than 36 years. Crumly was interested in investing and new industries at a young age and worked as a stockbroker before turning to real estate and other projects. Crumly has years of experience investing in various real estate projects, from raw land to developed properties. Crumly has been involved in ventures - ranging from product manufacturing, industrial and consumer goods to telecommunications and technology – from early-stage funding to transitioning to the public market.

In addition to Crumly's work with XPEL, he advises some privately held companies. A lifelong Texan, Crumly graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Ms. Bogart serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Corporate Responsibility of Winnebago Industries, having joined the Company on January 2, 2018. Prior to joining Winnebago Industries, Bogart was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Compliance Officer, Corporate Secretary at Polaris Industries where she joined in November 2009. Previously, Bogart was General Counsel of Liberty Diversified International, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at The Toro Company, and a Senior Attorney for Honeywell, Inc.

Ms. Bogart is an accomplished business executive with broad experience in both private and public companies. Her career is marked with roles of progressing scope, complexity, and responsibility. She serves as a strategic business partner and advisor with demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and motivate talent to achieve business excellence. She is known for partnering with senior management to achieve long-term strategic transformational goals, working with public company Boards of Directors, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, risk management, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions.
