Mr. Alvarez joined XPEL in 2017 and serves as VP of Operations. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing, quality, distribution, logistics, purchasing, and customer operations within the company.

Prior to joining XPEL, he held various operational leadership roles at AT&T and KCI/Acelity.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. Mary’s University and an MBA from Texas A&M University–San Antonio.

Ms. Coffee joined XPEL in 2008 and serves as the company’s VP of Acquisition Integration. She is responsible for pre-acquisition and post-acquisition activities aimed at integrating newly acquired companies into XPEL.

She previously served as the company’s Controller. Her prior experience includes serving as Assistant Controller for H-E-B and as Accounting Manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas and a Masters in Education from the University of Texas at Austin. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Gotro joined XPEL in 2022 and serves as VP of Services. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing dealership, retail, OEM, design, and training operations.

Prior to joining XPEL, he spent 17 years at Entrotech in a variety of positions, including Director of OEM Integration and Director of Paint Protection Film. He has also worked in consulting.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from The Ohio State University.

Mr. Joshi currently serves as XPEL’s VP of India & the Middle East and has been with the company since 2018. He oversees the full scope of XPEL’s operations and strategic initiatives in the region and previously served as VP of Product.

Prior to joining XPEL, he was Deputy General Manager at Garware Hi-Tech Films, where he oversaw the company’s North American business.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Pune (COEP) and a Master of Science in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.

Mr. Mayall has been involved with XPEL since 2000 and officially joined the company in 2016 following the acquisition of his businesses, PRO-TECT FILM and PROFORM. He currently serves as the company’s VP of Corporate Development, leading strategic growth initiatives.

He has worked in the film, adhesive, and automotive aftermarket industry since 1993, when he began installing window films and paint protection films (PPF). In 2004, he founded PRO-TECT FILM, a film distribution and installation company that grew to become the largest installer of automotive PPF and residential safety/security film in Las Vegas. During that time, he was also co-owner of PROFORM, a design and software business.

Mr. Pape has served as XPEL’s Chairman, President, and CEO since 2009, after holding various positions within the company.

He joined XPEL in 2004 following a career in technology consulting.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin and has served on XPEL’s Board of Directors since 2010.

Mr. Rimas joined the company in 2023 and serves as VP of Revenue. He leads the global sales team, as well as partnership and commercial strategy.

Prior to joining XPEL, he was President of Repairify and co-founder and Managing Partner of FM Capital, where he led numerous automotive investments including Autoniq, Frontier Car Group, Vroom, Autopay, and Revolution Parts. Before FM Capital, he served as Director of Operations for the Red McCombs Automotive Group, where he also helped lead successful investments in HomeNet Automotive (acquired by Cox Automotive) and ClickMotive (acquired by DealerTrack). He has broad experience across retail, financial services, aftermarket, and fleet segments of the automotive industry.

He is a Venture Partner with AutoTech Ventures and serves on multiple boards within their portfolio. He is the former Chairman of NitroFill and a former board member of ProCare Collision (acquired by Classic Collision). He is also an advisor to WarrCloud, Zohr, and NuBrakes. Most recently, he exited his vehicle reconditioning business, Streamline Recon, through a merger with SolutionWorks.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Ball State University.

Ms. Steiner joined the company in 2023 and serves as VP of People and Culture. She leads the people strategy and global HR operations, including payroll.

She brings more than 20 years of global HR experience across multiple industries. Prior to joining XPEL, she led HR for E & J Gallo’s U.S. Sales Organization and previously served as VP of HR, Americas, at Otis Elevators. She also spent 21 years at General Electric in both HR and engineering leadership roles.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. West joined XPEL in 2021 and currently serves as VP of Asia Pacific, where he oversees the company’s business affairs in the region.

Prior to his current role, he served as Director of Automotive Films, followed by Senior Director of Install Operations. With more than 20 years in the automotive aftermarket, he founded Tracwrap (acquired by XPEL in 2013) and owned a successful installation business in Alaska.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

Mr. Wood has served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer since June 2016 and leads Finance, Risk Management, Treasury, Investor Relations, Enterprise Systems and Corporate Development.

Prior to joining the company, he served as VP of Dispensing Operations for Optum Rx, CFO of PTRX, Inc., and held senior finance roles at AT&T. He began his career as an Audit Manager with Ernst & Young.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas and. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
